Observation

Push pins were observed in the classrooms and are considered a choking hazard. Cording in classroom from lamps were observed loose and accessible to children. The cordings were observed not plugged directly into the outlet. There was also an extension cord observed lying on the floor in a classroom. Heavy items stored on shelves and above cabinets and shelving require securing. Outlet where lamps were plugged in was observed to not be a tamper resistant outlet. Extension cord was observed on the floor in a room. Extension cords are for brief, temporary purpose.
